I've been a passionate baker all of my life, and a few years ago - I discovered that cake could also be a medium. The photos on this page are some of my cakes and most of what you see in the images has been crafted from sugar and is edible. The only thing that is not made of sugar are the hands and the motor of the watch on Adrian and Helena's wedding cake.
